Buyer-Side Transaction

We offer several different packages for buyers when it comes to conveyancing. The cost of each package is passed through to your client and is paid to Key to Closing on the ALTA. When selecting a package, please make sure to discuss the charges with your client.

Please note that if your deal should fall through, charges may be incurred for work already completed by the Key to Close Conveyancing team. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.

Fix & Flip Package

This basic package provides the essentials of transaction management. We make sure all paperwork is completed and all due dates and deadlines are met. We work on the back end to make sure that your transaction goes smoothly while you focus on client communication.

PAPERWORK

  • Compliance paperwork review

  • Compliance paperwork upload to brokerage platform (Login information required)

  • Notify agent of any missing signatures/initials or paperwork

  • Request & review title commitment

  • Request & review mortgage commitment

  • Send addendums to necessary parties

  • Request completed U&O certificate

  • Upload closing documents to file

COMMUNICATION

  • Collect deposit information and send to buyer's agent to be sent to the buyer

  • Confirm receipt of buyer's deposit

  • Order title 

  • Connect all parties (title, lender, agents, etc.)

  • Set up auto-reminders to agent for deadlines & due dates

  • Confirm dates with co-op agent

  • Confirm inspection date & time

  • Remind all parties of upcoming due dates

  • Schedule closing

  • Send settlement notice to all interested parties

  • Send closing steps to buyer's agent

Beach House Package 

This package provides all of the essentials of the Fix & Flip while adding in an element of client-facing customer service that will have your clients raving about their experience.

Our Dream Home Package offers the best white-glove experience for clients & agents. Step-by-step emails make sure to guide your client through the transaction process with ease, allowing you to focus on the more crucial parts of a transaction.
