Cancelation Policy

There will be no cancellation fees if the transaction is canceled more than 14 days prior to closing. 

 

14-7 Days Prior to Closing

 

The client will be responsible for 50% of the fee. 

 

7-0 Days Prior to Closing

 

The client will be responsible for 75% of the fee. 

**Please note that clients will be required to reimburse Key to Close Conveyancing for any tax certifications, U&O applications, HOA document requests, etc. regardless of when the transaction is canceled.**
