Payment Policy

Please read below for more information on our payment policy, late payments, and additional need-to-know information.

Payment Types

We offer two ways to pay for our services.

You can opt to have Key to Close Conveyancing paid directly on the settlement sheet. This means that the title company will take care of cutting and mailing a check to us rather than yourself. This means that late fees will not apply to you.

ALTA/HUD

Should you wish to pay Key to Close Conveyancing yourself, an invoice will be sent to you once the executed ALTA/HUD has been received from the title company. This typically happens on the day of closing. You will receive an email from Key to Close Conveyancing where you can pay your invoice via Paypal, credit card, or debit card.

Electronic
Payment

LATE PAYMENTS

When you are billed directly via electronic invoice, you are given a grace period of 5 days to make your payment.

AFTER 5 DAYS, A LATE FEE OF $5 PER DAY WILL BE APPLIED UNTIL THE INVOICE IS PAID IN FULL (INCLUDING LATE FEES).

Service for any other transactions you have with us will be discontinued until payment is made.

Should payments continue to be made late, this will cause the termination of any business partnership between yourself and Key to Close Conveyancing LLC.
