How It Works

Key to Close Conveyancing has the ability to provide certain customizable services to our clients. In order to best serve your needs, we would like to know a little bit about you! Please fill out our agent intake form before sending us any files. After we receive your form, we will reach out for a brief consultation call (a maximum of 15 minutes) where we confirm the details you provided and go over our other customizable services!

Once we've established your needs as an agent, we can begin working together! If you would like us to provide you with the "Fix & Flip Package," please fill out our online form here. If you are selecting either the "Vacation Home Package" or the "Dream Home Package," you may either submit the online form, or you may CC us on an email to your clients with the executed listing contract or AOS attached. 

Now that your transaction is in our hands, you can trust that everything will be handled in an efficient and professional manner. For your first transaction with us, we will send you each email to review before we send it to your client. This will help us to adjust our templates to suit your particular needs. But don't worry - if you ever have a unique situation where you think one of our emails would hurt rather than help, just let us know and we'll hold off on sending it until you're ready (if at all). We're here to make your life easier.
